Shipping policy

At Veer Athlete, each piece is made-to-order after you place your order. We take care to deliver your item with speed, care and clarity.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation (unless during pre-launch or drop periods).

  • Orders placed on weekends or Indian public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We ship within India only. Delivery estimate after dispatch:

  • Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Kolkata): 3–6 business days

  • Other major cities: 5–8 business days

  • Remote or rural areas: 7–10 business days
    Delivery times are estimates — actual arrival may vary depending on courier performance, regional infrastructure, or public holidays.

3. Shipping Charges & Free Shipping

  • Free standard shipping on all orders above ₹999.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for the tracking status to update.
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, please contact us at support@veerathlete.com quoting your order number.

5. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and correct.

  • If your package is returned to us due to incorrect address, refusal, or multiple failed delivery attempts, reshipping may incur additional charges.

  • We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by courier issues beyond our control.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a parcel that is damaged, tampered with, or appears to be missing items:

  • Please refuse the delivery if visibly damaged OR contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@veerathlete.com  with photos of the parcel and contents.

  • We will assist with a replacement or refund based on the specific case.

7. International Shipping

At this time, we ship only within India. We hope to expand internationally in the near future.

8. Policy Updates

We may update this Shipping Policy at any time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the current version.
